Rubus idaeus 'Tulameen' (Raspberry)

Rubus idaeus ‘Tulameen’ is a distinguished summer-bearing raspberry valued for its large, sweet fruit and abundant harvest. It produces white flowers in spring, followed by vivid red berries throughout a prolonged season starting midsummer. The canes grow 4 to 5 feet tall and are mostly spine-free. Developed in British Columbia as a hybrid of ‘Nootka’ and ‘Glen Prosen’, this variety requires pruning of spent canes after harvest to promote new growth. Ideal for fresh eating, freezing, canning, and baking, it also supports bees and local wildlife.
